AMINTREC Advisor is formed by a network of risk engineers consultants located in Mexico and the USA.
An AMINTREC advisor is an on-line risk engineer consultant assigned to assist you on your day-to-day questions that you might have at your facility. AMINTREC Advisor will reduce your consulting costs, as sometimes the cost to have a consultant at your facility would be high and not economically justifiable for day-to-day questions.
Once you contract any of the AMINTREC Advisor packages, an on-line questionnaire will be provided in order to gather as much of information as possible on your specific question. The questionnaire and your original question will be transmitted to one of our advisors in the AMINTREC Advisor network of risk engineers. Once the AMINTREC Advisor answers your question, a formal response will be sent to you by email.
When the questionnaire and all the necessary information are received, the AMINTREC advisor will evaluate it. In the event that the AMINTREC advisor determines that the question needs to be evaluated in the field, a response will be sent to you, indicating that the question cannot be answered on-line by the AMINTREC Advisor Network and a recommendation to have an on site AMINTREC engineer at your facility will be provided.
